Today Armenians everywhere celebrate the 95th anniversary of the First Republic of Armenia. The AYF-YOARF Eastern Region extends its warmest wishes of pride and triumph to the Armenian community both here in the Diaspora and especially in Haiastan.
As the leading organization for Armenian youth in America and across the globe, the AYF-YOARF takes its responsibilities to its membership and to our homeland very seriously. We solemnly remember and pay tribute to those who have perished in order to see our dream of a free, independent and united Armenia ignited on May 28, 1918. The AYF-YOARF and all Armenians owe so much to the brave men and women who risked their lives in the name of independence for our country.
Happy Independence Day and here’s to 95 more successful, joyous years.
