What time does the event begin?

Check in begins at 8pm. Program, Open Bar and Passed Hor D'oeuvres 8pm - 10pm.
Music and Dancing 10pm - 1am.

What can I expect as far as food and beverage?

Come enjoy some of the venue’s finest passed hor d'oeuvres from 8pm - 10pm.
Open bar will be from 8pm - 10pm. Cash bar after 10pm.

Will there be seating for guests?

Yes! We will have tables and seating available for our guests, however there will be no assigned seating.

What is the dress code for the evening?

The event attire is formal. Think Sunday Night of Senior Olympics!

Where should I stay if I am traveling in from out of town?

We have a group block available walking distance from the venue at The Courtyard
Jersey City Newport (540 Washington Boulevard Jersey City, New Jersey 07310).

Where should I park?

The venue has a parking lot free of charge for our guests. Parking is conveniently located
and all guests will be provided parking stickers valid for 8 hours.

How will I receive my tickets?

We do not issue tickets. Your name and the names of your guests are listed on our
registration form. You simply check in upon arrival and give them your name(s). Please
have a copy of your email confirmation available at the time of check in.
